Make your account an admin account

Your parents need to allow single user mode, otherwise this wont work. lets get started:

step 1) boot up the computer, and when the first shade of blue appears on the screen, hold down apple-S

step 2) wait for all the white writing to load

step 3) enter in this and click enter: rm /var/db/.applesetupdone

step 4) now type "reboot" (without quotes) and press enter

step 5) now wait for the computer to reboot and it will make a screen like it did when you first set up your computer.

step 6) set up the computer but choose "DONT TRANSFER MY DATA"

step 7) now you should go through all the other steps and make your computers name the same as before. if it was Bob's Computer enter Bob

step 8) now you should have a new admin account

step 9) make your account admin
